Rental Terms & Conditions

  • All cheque or cash invoice are payable to “The Propz Company Pte Ltd”
  • All props, decorations and structures are on the terms of rental basis unless other wise stated. We reserve the right to salvage and collect back all props, decoration and structures after the end of any events or parties.
  • For any projects with project sum less than Ten Thousand Singapore Dollars, payments are deemed to be Cash-On-Delivery unless otherwise specified
  • For any projects with project sum more than Ten Thousand Singapore Dollars, the paymentmode will be 10% upon confirmation of quotation, 40% before installation, 40% after installation and 10% upon dismantling.
  • A non-refundable deposit, 50% of the total invoice amount is required to be paid upon confirmation of the quoted price OR 3 months before the event date
  • Deposits(for customized items) are non-refundable if there are any last minute cancellations of events
  • Deposits (for non-customized items) will only be refunded on a percentage/pro-rated basis if there are any last minute cancellations of events. The detail & breakdown of the basis are as follows:
- 6 months’ notice or more served by customer (90% of the total deposit paid)
- Less than 6 months or more than 29 days before the event date (50% of the total deposit paid)
- Less than 29 days & more than 14 days (30% of the total deposit paid)
- Less than 14 days & more than 7 days (10% of the total deposit paid)
  • Hire & rental charges are payable even for props and item not used or returned
  • All props and items are deemed to be inclusive of installation and set up unless otherwise stated
  • Customers are advice to adhere to all safety and fire precautionary measure once
  • props & items are delivered and set up on site. Customer will be liable of damage claims once props and items are delivered & set up on venue. The amount or extend of damaged claimable is subjected to the extent of damages, repairs cost etc
  • All hiring and rental transaction will be subjected with an additional delivery charges to and fro. The details and breakdown of the respective delivery charges are as follows:
  • $180 to & fro–Office hours > Mondays to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • $230 to & fro–After Office > After office hours, Weekends or Public Holidays
  • Self-collections or engaging of 3rd party transporter by customer for props collection, we will impose a refundable deposit, a percentage of the total amount. All props and items must be returned to The Propz Company storeroom in the original condition. Any damages to our props and item, we reserve the rights to forfeit or only refund partial of the refundable deposit depending on the extend of the damage or loss.
  • We reserve the right to replace props with appropriate substitute in the event of unavailability
  • Request for extension period for our hired props will be charged based on pro rata basis
